Shipping Cost Increase & Adjustments
Dear Customers,
Seven Fishes has worked to maintain the shipping costs during our 5 years of operation. Unfortunately, with the constant increases in freight, packaging and labour costs we are unable to subsidise the shipping costs any further.
Over the years Seven Fishes has seen increases in the costs of materials and freight to which we must reluctantly adjust our Live Fish shipping rates in response.
The Live Fish shipping rates will see an increase in $2.50 that will be in effect from the 1st November 2021. The rates will be as follows:
- Tier 1 - $22.50
- Tier 2 - $25
- Tier 3 - $37.50
- Tier 4- $47.50
- Tier 5 - $72.50
An additional adjustment would be that 4 standard sized bettas or 2 giant bettas will be the allowance for tier 1 shipping costs.
